Four-wheel-cylinder Double-cylinder hot melt kettlel is a kind of trailer walking-style facilities for melting material. The machine equipped with pneumatic (or hydraulic) brake device, adjust the frequency of the warning lights flashing freely and to ensure full combustion of the low-temperature liquefied petroleum gas burners. 1. Engine: 18HP water-cooled or air-cooled electric start low-noise environment diesel engines. 2. Hydraulic Tank: designed with windows, heat sink, and oil temperature displayed tank , the capacity of fuel tank 50L, built-in 68 # hydraulic oil.
4. Heating system:The propane gas cylinders through the valve supply gas for the reactor chamber infrared stoves and external ignition. Infrared heat can save over 30% gas than conventional gas-fired stoves. Users can set different according to the different types of coating material to control the melting temperature (0-300 ℃), The fuel can be used more economical ,the operation can be more convenient and the material quality can be assurance better.
